Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

PrusaSlicer 2.6.0-beta1 released
Start at step 4 and go to 16 after you flash, you'll need octoprint https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware/issues/4105

Replacing MK3s hot end assembly
Here's the steps for 3.12.2 https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware/issues/4105 Perform steps 5 - 16 if you want to help out you can test and provide logs, but, it's working once you hit step 16.
Initially they didn't have 3.12 branch open for experimentation so they used a 3.13 branch here https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware/pull/3957
- Prusa Bear Calibration
- MK3s+ Firmware: Can't download due to "This web property is not accessible via this address." error.

Upgraded to 0.9° steppers but now i get layer shift. Printer movement is fine along with homing and even saw it detect crash. But x axis skips steps sometimes. Y-axis is fine. i checked belts and they seem ok and changing tension didn't help. Need some advice diagnosing and fixing issue. Thanks
However, if you want to go down your own road, here's the GitHub. https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware

How do I become a 3D printer power user? (the which CAD question)
I've been effective with OpenSCAD and FreeCAD.
OpenSCAD is good for enclosures: https://github.com/sbambach/MarksEnclosureHelper
and mechanical systems: https://github.com/prusa3d/Original-Prusa-i3
Don't think of it as a programming language; that will hurt you. Think of it as a specification language. That helped me.

good bye prusa slicer
you are right, but many people have asked for this.... reddit, github.. even on prusa3d.com but they dont care...

XL 3D files are live
The BOM (of sorts) of the MK3S exists here.
-
MK4 Printable Parts are now available
No corresponding source for the parts is available? I don't seen an MK4 branch in there, unless they ditched openscad entirely (even then at least STEP files should be provided if it's still Open Hardware).
-
Professional OpenSCAD programmers? Is that a thing?
Prusa stores the printable parts of their printers in OpenSCAD files, but it isn't clear to me that that is how they primarily design them.
-
What Prusa I3 Mk3S mods could you never live without?
Make sure you use this version of the front PTFE holder
- Is this print fan rattle normal?
- The concept of open source licensing is relatively common in programming. Are there any examples of this concept being applied in other engineering fields?
- Most frugal Reprap design?

MMU2 For mini?
The last commit in the MMU2S firmware repo is from 2019 https://github.com/prusa3d/MM-control-01/commits/master . The printed parts are unchanged for the same time (with a minor change in the blade holder https://github.com/prusa3d/Original-Prusa-i3/commits/MMU2/SCAD ).
