What did I do wrong?
Open the config in ProperTree (https://github.com/corpnewt/ProperTree) and do a clean snapshot (CMD-SHIFT-R). This will put all of the kexts in the right order.

Ventura on ryzen 5 5600, rx 6700 and 32gb ram
Open your config.plist using ProperTree.

Is there someone who can tell me what I need for my efi file
NO. Prebuilts are a bad way to start. They are not updated and aren't configured to your specific needs. Make your own EFI and also don't use OCAT, use ProperTree which can do OC specific things like OC (clean) snapshots.

Use propertree. It is hands down, the best IMO. https://github.com/corpnewt/ProperTree

reboot
You need to mount your EFI partition (find a tool online or use command line). In it you should find "EFI/OC/config.plist". Open the file with Propertree or another plist editor and make the changes.

macOS Big Sur reaches Apple Logo then instantly quits and loads up Windows 10 like
If anything, keep .contentFlavour files removed and try updating your config.plist using ProperTree or some other plist editor which just makes it easier to read. Sorry I couldn't be of much help but its the best I've got right now haha.

Easiest way to Hackintosh a ThinkPad T470?
He made a nice tool that can also be used to update: https://github.com/rusty-bits/octool

I'm making a kext updater, because half of the time spent maintaining a hackintosh is keeping it up to date.
just use my octool if you want something that just works without needing a "fancy" GUI on it like OCAT
- What OS is support on .70?
- For those that use octool, or perhaps for those that have wanted to try it out, I have just added a simple picture guide that shows some basic usage. I think a few more pictures need to be added, but it's a start.

When do you choose to update your OpenCore bootloaders?
I wrote this https://github.com/rusty-bits/octool that takes care of everything, including adding or removing any changes in the config.plist and downloading the latest versions of the kexts and resources from Acidanthera and Dortania
-
Config possible to hackintoshed ?
I haven't updated that tool in months, you should switch to the new one that pulls all its resources from the sources listed in the guide. https://github.com/rusty-bits/octool

That's it, I have had it! Now I need some assistance...
next, make sure your copy of ProperTree is up to date, or you can use the latest version of my tool which has the benefit of downloading the proper resources for you, but it is not covered in the guide so I would recommend sticking with ProperTree since other people are more familiar with that

octool, a tool to help edit an OpenCore config.plist and make an EFI folder from the command line - now at version 0.3.3
I am rewriting octool in Rust to help me learn the Rust language. The latest release contains binaries for macOS, Windows, and Linux and should run fine and make an EFI folder without issue. Let me know if there are problems.
