What did I do wrong?
Open the config in ProperTree (https://github.com/corpnewt/ProperTree) and do a clean snapshot (CMD-SHIFT-R). This will put all of the kexts in the right order.

Is there someone who can tell me what I need for my efi file
NO. Prebuilts are a bad way to start. They are not updated and aren't configured to your specific needs. Make your own EFI and also don't use OCAT, use ProperTree which can do OC specific things like OC (clean) snapshots.

reboot
You need to mount your EFI partition (find a tool online or use command line). In it you should find "EFI/OC/config.plist". Open the file with Propertree or another plist editor and make the changes.

macOS Big Sur reaches Apple Logo then instantly quits and loads up Windows 10 like
If anything, keep .contentFlavour files removed and try updating your config.plist using ProperTree or some other plist editor which just makes it easier to read. Sorry I couldn't be of much help but its the best I've got right now haha.

MacOS VENTURA boot error: Panic diags file unavailable (AMD Ryzen 5900X + Gigabyte B550 Vision D-P + AMD RX580)
The (test) EFI Folder for Ventura comes from the current installation for Big Sur (as told you before, it is fully working with my new RX580 card as well), with the new kernel patch applied along with the core count setting, see: https://github.com/AMD-OSX/AMD_Vanilla

When adding the AMD kernel Patches i enabled the Shaneee's fix PAT patch and disabled Algrey's This resulted on a HUGE boost on OpenCL score in Geekbench 6 (from 16600 to 56400). As a measure i took CS Go game .. before was almost playable with 60-70 FPS. After enabling Shaneee's patch FPS went up to 300 with an average 260FPS. https://github.com/AMD-OSX/AMD_Vanilla

Low Geekbench Score under macOS - RX 580 4GB
Check if you have the fix PAT patch from Shaneee enabled (and Algrey's disabled). It will improve GPU performance but don't get too fixated on scores. :) Latest AMD cpu patches here.
