The MVC approach is dominating the application market at the time of writing. The three main front-end frameworks which do this are React, Vue and Angular but there are many, many more.

Seems like even if you give people a link explaining how to solve the underlying problem, some of them will still just search for the warning text and apply the simplest tweak that will silence it, even if it doesn't solve the problem.
My takeaway is that the official guide for dealing with a warning or error needs to contain the message text verbatim so that a web search has better chances of finding it.
Also, it appears that the React team has given up on educating their users https://github.com/facebook/react/pull/26395 so now all those workarounds are extra pointless.
