I use PlayCover and the game runs perfectly. The only "sketchy" part of the process is getting a hold of the IPA, I just used the site they suggested in the documentation.

you should use https://github.com/PlayCover/PlayCover in order to install the .IPA file of the zepp but the Bluetooth connection it's very unstable or doesn't work at all.

Have been using it for couple of months now and been able to download several movies and watched them on plane. Since a few releases it doesn’t even require disabling SIP

Key Mapper app of your choosing. (this is so you can access the home menu of launcher you decide to install since the home button will just take you back to the adth app they use) I will use this one: https://github.com/keymapperorg/KeyMapper

Key Mapper itself is FLOSS (Free/Libre open-source software), the source code is here. Another possibility is Volta, but Key Mapper is better.

I really do need to trigger these bindings programmatically: I'm using bash's keybinding functionality to supplement an app called Key Mapper which is no longer being actively developed. I'm using Key Mapper to execute shell scripts in Termux. These shell scripts contain variations of the printf command from above which trigger my bash keybindings.

Using Key Mapper (https://github.com/keymapperorg/KeyMapper) (https://docs.keymapper.club/user-guide/adb-permissions/), I have assigned camera button + # button to lunch the keikai launcher, and I had to reassigned the camera button to open the camera.

Do you mean with a BT keyboard attached to the tablet? One approach is to use keymapper:

It's a very versatile tool, can be handy even if you don't have a keyboard.

I don't know if it's the same with the onn, but with the google device you can use the Key Mapper app.

I never got much out of Easer, but I did come across Key Mapper, which lets you assign actions to button presses. I set up a mapping so that a double-click on volume down will activate the flashlight. Not quite as cool, but it's a pretty decent alternative.
