So lets go up to the file browser, select the docs directory and then BUILDING.md. Internet download manager, or use stream detector to get the m3u8 link and use N_m3u8DL-CLI to download the videos (for an easy use I suggest you to use the SimpleG)

N_m3u8DL also works with downloading the video.

After getting the link, use yt-dlp (https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp) or N_m3u8DL (https://github.com/nilaoda/N_m3u8DL-CLI/releases) to download.
