Framework recommondation for highscore list, game cloud saving and push notifications
to make 2) and 3) cross-platform most games use facebook integration. But it doesn't look like the godot addon seems to support cloud saves from what I can see (https://github.com/DrMoriarty/godot-facebook)

AdMob alternatives?
I found few more but I have not tried these. FAN - https://github.com/DrMoriarty/godot-facebook Check this link. It has many alternatives like Tapdaq, Adcolony etc. if you scroll down. https://github.com/DrMoriarty?tab=repositories If you need help with Appodeal let me know as I was able to get it to work. Appodeal requires GDPR consent screen. Make sure that you are entering your details correctly when you sign up for AdMob. But alternatives will also be good. Initially it requires time to get the plugins to work. Use FAN (with mediation) if possible. AdMob advantage is that it does not require GDPR consent screen and the plugin is easy to use.
