Rnote - Handwritten notes and sketches
I was looking for a tool to record lecture notes via a graphics tablet on a mac. Came across Rnote which exactly does that amongst other things like document annotation and sketching. Some teething issues but hoping it will get better with each. The app can be built/downloaded from the GitLab repository here: https://gitlab.com/dehesselle/rnote_macos

Any encrypted note taking app that accepts IMAGES embedded in the body of the notes?
I like Rnote and Xournal++. Not sure if they fit your needs, though. I always use them with a digitizer, but you can also write text with the keyboard.
