Possibly a stupid question - why does firefox android app have trackers?
The only Mozilla-backed browser that doesn't have trackers or telemetry enabled by default is Klar (Play Store, Github) because they have to comply with Germany's, Austria's and Switzerland's laws.

It seems that Fenix will support HTTPS only mode in very near future. At least, HTTPS only mode for Firefox Focus is actively developing. https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/focus-android/pull/5988

Filing on Bugzilla for the android browsers gets a delayed response and follow up. It's better to go directly to the Github repo.
