Pre-Loading FTB Revelations?
Honestly Just get GDlauncher or MultiMC , both eliminate the need for the overwolf FTB hybrid. GDlauncher is pretty straight forward , I dont personally use MultiMC but alot of people do so theres bound to be guides on yt .

Minecraft running out of memory
I would recommend switching to MultiMC or GDLauncher. Preferably GDLauncher, it's very beginner-friendly. There you can easily set how much RAM you want to make available to Minecraft in the settings

`Pulseaudio -k`, or a pro audio user's perspective on Linux's sound stack
https://github.com/Arkq/bluez-alsa It's been close to 3 years I have switched, no issues works flawlessly
Maybe your Rant might have made sense a decade ago not anymore, you're just forgetting you you choice one can still survive with Alsa+Jack (even the firefox supports alsa when you complied with flags) if you question about bluez has pulse dependency bluez-alsa has been running flawlessly for me years now.
