    Now, Scala 3 might change that. We will have parametric functions and opaque types, so I think it is worth trying. We have already made experiments in Monocly, a playground repo for Scala 3 optics. I believe Yillin Wei has a fork with a proof of concept of profunctor encoding that supports index and coindex optics.
