Is this a known bug? The modifiers in game settings seem to not be percentages of base speed but times x modifiers, i.e. a hundred times what they should be.
Although there's also a tool named Locale Emulator that may help with Aurora, since it also allow you to use a different locale from your system for selected applications.

Changing to japanese local

You can try Locale Emulator. I think I played a title or two which for some reason, even after changing locale it didn't work properly, but using Locale Emulator it did.

do you have locale emulator installed? i used to have issues with kirikiri games as well, running them with locale emulator with admin permissions helped
