How to change Nautilus' "Open in Terminal" feature to use a different terminal?
Check this project on GitHub, it does what you want and you can install the extension from the AUR.
you can use filemanager-actions to make your custom menu items. Or you can use the python api, there's already an extension for this. https://github.com/Stunkymonkey/nautilus-open-any-terminal

nautilus-open-any-terminal doesn't update termianl
