Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Development using an ATMega162-16PU assistance needed badly. heh
I've already added the 162 to the IDE using information garnered from here and other places. But the problem lies in the circuit. I'd like to set up a socketed 40-PDIP version of an Uno-like PCB with USB, so that when testing and programming is done, I can pull the 162 out, slap it into the project and run with it, as one does.

Is porting the ATtiny13 even feasible?
I've done some digging (mainly into wiring.c) and I noticed a slight problem: the micro core used for the ATtiny13/ATtiny13A doesn't provide the timer0_millis variable. The millis() implementation only has some inline assembly which I don't fully understand.
What are some alternatives?
