New to flight sim. I see some of you using what looks like iPads running part of your game like a map or whatnot. Wondering what apps you guys are running on the tablets and what advantages they offer
If you're playing MSFS, the MSFS mobile companion app is a popular choice. It's actually a mod that you install on your computer and the tablet connects with a web browser

I purchased the full Flight Sim package, and I have been learning the 787 Dreamliner. Pricey, but I don't regret it!
Don't forget there is a community patch for the 787 https://github.com/lmk02/B787-XE It's not the most complete patch as of now but it's better than nothing.
