Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Smoothing a triangular mesh in ArcGIS Pro
In Mesh layer (https://github.com/lutraconsulting/MDAL) and QGIS, smoothing of the triangular mesh is already done on the fly for the purpose of visualisation. Mike data should be already supported in MDAL/QGIS:

I just realized this sub also exists and might be better suited to answer my question
This might help it has a list of supported mesh formats. https://github.com/lutraconsulting/MDAL

3D reconstruction from a single image tutorials?
Hey, I suggest to check out this repo. It does not have the code by itself, but it is a very good collection of 3D ML approaches often with links on papers and source code. You may find there something that solves your problem as well.

Are there any A.I. projects being developed that turn 2D (abstract) art into complex composition 3D models according to specs and dataset training of the A.I.? Is there any plugin like this for a 3D app?

What are some alternatives?
Ygg - An intrusive C++17 implementation of a Red-Black-Tree, a Weight Balanced Tree, a Dynamic Segment Tree and much more!
Awesome-pytorch-list - A comprehensive list of pytorch related content on github, such as different models, implementations, helper libraries, tutorials etc.
ordered-map - C++ hash map and hash set which preserve the order of insertion
curated-list-of-awesome-3D-Morphable-Model-software-and-data - The idea of this list is to collect shared data and algorithms around 3D Morphable Models. You are invited to contribute to this list by adding a pull request. The original list arised from the Dagstuhl seminar on 3D Morphable Models https://www.dagstuhl.de/19102 in March 2019.
libsrt - libsrt is a C library for writing fast and safe C code, faster. It provides string, vector, bit set, set, map, hash set, and hash map handling. Suitable for soft and hard real-time. Allows both heap and stack allocation. *BETA* (API still can change: suggestions are welcome)
neuroaid - :zap: :books: Papers and other material for getting started with Neuro-AI! :brain: :boom:
etl - Embedded Template Library
DAIN - Depth-Aware Video Frame Interpolation (CVPR 2019)
graphMat - A matrix header-only library, uses graphs internally, helpful when your matrix is part of a simulation where it needs to grow many times (or auto expand)
locha - Communicate with others and broadcast Bitcoin transactions off-grid without internet access or even power grid.
lox - Fast polygon mesh library with different data structures and traits to abstract over those.
2dimageto3dmodel - We evaluate our method on different datasets (including ShapeNet, CUB-200-2011, and Pascal3D+) and achieve state-of-the-art results, outperforming all the other supervised and unsupervised methods and 3D representations, all in terms of performance, accuracy, and training time.
