Well, there's Nightmusic by Multimokia. However, it hasn't been updated since September, 2020.

Is there a way/submod to make a playlist for music to play with instead of having one song continue to loop over and over again?
Maybe check out Nightmusic. It will start playing music when night begins, but you can access it in the music menu to play your songs anytime.
