Is it possible to rename shop items?
This repo may have more information about how you could go about doing that: https://github.com/OpenRCT2/Localisation I'd probably just copy the English file and copy/paste the word there and then pick my custom translation in-game.

Installing/Getting to work on Android, help.
It's been awhile, but I had to open the config INI file that stores the file locations and populate it so it knew where to look for the rct2 files in order to get it to work.
