Falco is a cloud native Kubernetes threat detection tool. It can detect unexpected behavior, intrusions, and data theft in real time. In the backend, it uses Linux eBPF technology to trace your system and applications at runtime. For example, it can detect if someone tries to read a secret file inside a container, access a pod as a root user, etc, and trigger a webhook or send logs to the monitoring system. There are similar tools like Tetragon, KubeArmor, and Tracee which also provide Kubernetes runtime security.

Frappe Cloud is by far the easiest way to run an ERPNext instance of you're okay with shared hosting. It's a Frappe framework-based app hosting service from the developers of ERPNext, and it supports data file imports from other instances of ERPNext:

    - Frappe Cloud: https://frappecloud.com

In addition to the Frappe Bench setup process, Frappe procides instructions dfor swlf-hosting ERPNext with Docker and Kubernetes:

    - Docker: https://github.com/frappe/frappe_docker

    - Kubernetes: https://helm.erpnext.com

There's also a third-party Docker image from pipech that's easier to setup, but it's not always up to date:

    - Third-party Docker (pipech): https://hub.docker.com/r/pipech/erpnext-docker-debian

Bitnami packages ERPNext in single-tier (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and virtual machine (local computer) offerings:

    https://bitnami.com/stack/erpnext

To anyone reading this, if you onpy need software for accountind and not an entire enterprise resource planning (ERP) suite, do yourself a favor and follow the advice in TFA to use GnuCash.

Yeah, sorry about that, you need to clone the repo and setup the ~/gitops directory first. That .yml file I posted gets generated automatically by following the steps in single-server-example. I didn't set up everything listed though. If you start at the top of that page, here are the steps I took:

Hey everyone, I'm trying to setup ERPNext using the Frappe Docker repository as a starting point to configure the Frappe framework and automatically setup ERPNext as a site in Frappe. I figured based on the compose.yml and pwd.yml examples in the repository I simply need two initContainers that initialize bench and set up a site with ERPNext as the app, but I have the feeling that Kubernetes isn't calling the commands/args the way I specified them in the init containers.

Author here. This is wrong information. Not sure where you are getting this from.

Also as I mentioned above, docker installs are actively supported.
