ROS with Raspberry Pi: Investigating the Core Issue of Slow Streaming Performance
On the mobile robot, I also use the Realsense SDK and the Realsense ROS packages - in different version, because they have difference performance. Details will be explained in the next sections.

An iOS device with FaceID is better at head tracking than TrackIR
A more proper, industrial implementation like Intel's RealSense uses 300,000+ projection dots, while the TrueDepth camera system uses "only" 30,000 projection dots with it's AI based filtering to accurately track objects.

Intel RealSense D415 - Troubleshoot when several other serial devices are connected to rpi4
github.com/IntelRealSense/librealsense/blob/master/config/99-realsense-libusb.rules
I think you should post this to https://github.com/IntelRealSense/librealsense/issues. You've narrowed it down quite a bit. I'd like to replicate the issue; If it's not sensitive, what type of sensors are you using? Are you using usb 2 or 3? Are any of the sensors plugged into the same usb group? Can you share the line of code you are using to initialize the camera?
