    What I did was to fork this repository and create a branch off of it for my personalization. Tsserver for javascript etc. is set up, as is Diffview, Neogit, and Gitsigns. The latter two will allow you to stage, commit and push commits. Gitsigns is more granular, walking through hunks in a file.
