[CONCEPT] change user's names for your client
For your "Created on", I suggest using hammertime. Not only will it be formatted according to the user's format, but also adjusted to the user's timezone.
- Discord time tag generator
-
https://dank.tools/ - I was bored so i made a small tool to generate time-tags for people
I would recommend https://hammertime.djdavid98.art/ as opposed to this, unfortunately. It supports much more of the timestamp syntax and timezones.

How do they do this? (The time part changes according to your time zone some how)
I personally recommend https://hammertime.djdavid98.art/
-
How was this user able to put timezones on their bio? Everyone sees a different time on their bio.
Yeah, looking at their website, the login button is a rickroll, and the What is an NFT links to that twitter thread you mention
- is there any bot that enables live time channel to be updated every 5 min?

MapleTip for Coordinating Time-Sensitive Info (If You Use Discord)
BUT, if you happen to use Discord to make time sensitive announcements like me, I would recommend using a website like HammerTime to resolve absolutely any ambiguity with regards to time.

Having fun making my first bot to sync Google Calendar events
Suggestion, use HammerTime to ensure it displays the correct time zone and format for each user.

Why do people have these add-ons? Isnβt it a huge invasion of privacy?
PreMiD (that exact add-on) user here. The program works like this: Firstly, you download a third party app that stays in the background tracking your browser. It only shows websites you yourself went and searched for on the Presence Store and enabled in the settings, though. After that, Discord detects the task's Rich Presence data and displays it in your Game Activity.

Hi, I'm a hobby developer and I recently made a PreMiD (extension for several browsers) Presence which links to your Discord account using Rich Presence and shows what you're watching on KAA and more! You can check it out on the PreMiD store and add it to your extension very easily.
This is actually something completely different (an extension called PreMiD which basically TLDR; has a store full of "Presences" that users can just add in to their extension and toggle etc). It's extremely customisable and easy to use as well as support hundreds of websites and people can add many websites as well. The extension you're talking about is most likely completely unrelated, you can find PreMiD Presences @ https://premid.app/store and source code is on https://github.com/PreMiD/Presences/
