I made a Lyre auto player with a nice UI so it's easy to use! No installation is required.
I have tried to fix this issue, by pausing the player before making changes to the slider when you are the one changing the value. The reason why this bug happens is because there is a playback watcher that moves the slider on its own while playing, and moving the slider does a race condition where this watcher will move the slider even if you have changed it, causing it to "spazz out." This was fixed in v1.7.3 but the latest version is v1.7.5 what version are you running? If it's not the latest, I suggest you get the latest version.
