Is there any application or way to get all badges in Nintendo Badge Arcade? I want to customize my homescreen/folders
Theres a few dumps of badges floating around if you google it, but the full library? No. However you can make your own custom badges with GYTB: https://github.com/MrCheeze/GYTB If you choose to make custom ones you can never open badge arcade again or they'll be deleted.

If it's only anemone that fails to install, and everything else works fine you could try and install it from universal updater. Or you can get it Here and install through FBI

You might be, I’m happy to help though! No need to apologize for your English, it’s quite well! Go to their GitHub page here scroll down until you see the “assets” section. Click on the “Anemone3DS.cia” to download it. Once it’s downloaded, place the .cia file into the “cias” folder on your SD card. Go into FBI, select “SD” then go to “cias” you should see the anemone cia file here, click on it to install it :) let me know if this works!

First Time making a theme
Official Nintendo themes are always paid (using the theme shop), and custom themes are always free. Custom themes are only installable via homebrew, and are usually distributed on Theme Plaza. The most popular tool for installing custom themes is Anemone3DS because the only good homebrew and custom firmware guide (https://3ds.hacks.guide/) installs Anemone at the very end.
