Favorite grbl sending software and why?
If you also need to convert graphics into gcode, you may try grbl-Plotter: https://github.com/svenhb/GRBL-Plotter https://grbl-plotter.de/?setlang=en https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxiLZDTcWmNzBk5ksgC7\_Rg

Marlin for CNC?
I tried to implement Marlin support in my GRBL-Plotter and it was not simple: E.g. Command for position feedback needs to be injected to normal gcode. In grbl an asynchrone '?' delivers the actual position - much more easy... I definetly would go with grbl. https://github.com/svenhb/GRBL-Plotter
- ? just returning ok and nothing else

I built a Drawing Robot that I hooked up to text -> image AI (DALLE 2). It will attempt to draw whatever you ask it to
Took the picture myself -> Ran photo through this image to lines converter which gave me an SVG -> Used grbl plotter software for converting SVG to gcode -> sent to Drew
2) This software that I used for sending commands to the robot also had a tool for converting images into lines that worked quite well - https://grbl-plotter.de

Most recent GRBL version for Arduino-based boards?
The tutorials I'm looking at point to https://github.com/gnea/grbl/ as the source for GRBL, but that doesn't appear to have been developed for some months now and PR's are not being merged which is usually the sign of an unmaintained repo.

A subfolder of your sketchbook is not a valid library. GRBL 1.1
Hi everyone, looking for some help. I've downloaded GRBL from here, extracted the zip to a folder of the same name and then tried uploading the library by going to sketch->include library->add .zip folder then selected my folder grbl-master->grbl and selected that folder but when I try to include it, it tells me "A subfolder of your sketchbook is not a valid library". I have no idea what to do, any help would be amazing! Thanks!
