can someone please help me with this
It's trying to run an executable file (EXE), but can't find it. Looking at the FromSoftware-Blender-Importer, it looks like it wants a program called Yabber.DCX.exe or Yabber.exe. You can find them on Yabber's releases in the zip file.

Unpack the game files using UXM ( https://www.nexusmods.com/sekiro/mods/26) and import the dcx file into blender using the fromsoft dcx compatibility plugin (https://github.com/FelixBenter/FromSoftware-Blender-Importer).
