Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Math on GitHub: Following Up
A few weeks ago I discovered Franklin.jl ([0], [1]). It has direct KaTeX support and I've been pleased with the results. There is no need for adding or tweaking things unlike Jekyll or Hugo. And KaTeX is faster than MathJax in general.

Awesome resource
The website is built in julia with https://github.com/tlienart/Franklin.jl, Cool!
Would be interesting to have it teach DL in Julia as well.

I really want to plot specific level(s) for my contour lines, but the contour function of Plots.jl doesn't accept a vector (or tuple) input of integers even when the documentation says that it can. Please Help.
Ahh, ok. It looks like it's a known issue with the PlotlyJS backend to Plots: https://github.com/JuliaPlots/Plots.jl/issues/3356. Something to do with Plotly being unable to render arbitrary contour levels it seems.
From the documentation, the types that the levels keyword argument should be able to take are Integer, NTuple{2,Integer}, or AbstractVector . An example, from this discussion three years ago, is

Should you learn Julia or Python for Machine Learning?
We used to use the popular Flux, Knet, MLBase, and Plots packages for Machine Learning in Julia.
What are some alternatives?
Weave.jl - Scientific reports/literate programming for Julia
matplotlib - matplotlib: plotting with Python
Gnuplot.jl - Julia interface to gnuplot
Luxor.jl - Simple drawings using vector graphics; Cairo "for tourists!"
Makie.jl - Interactive data visualizations and plotting in Julia
fastbook - The fastai book, published as Jupyter Notebooks
PyPlot.jl - Plotting for Julia based on matplotlib.pyplot
Flux.jl - Relax! Flux is the ML library that doesn't make you tensor
DataFrames.jl - In-memory tabular data in Julia
JLD2.jl - HDF5-compatible file format in pure Julia
FFTW.jl - Julia bindings to the FFTW library for fast Fourier transforms
