I have a bunch of nuget-libraries in varying stages of "usable" but my upcoming work will be a good wrapper for Azure resources like service bus (Frank.Libraries.AzureServiceBus) and Storage (Frank.Libraries.AzureStorage).

Powershell would be the largest commandline app in C#, probably. It also runs on Linux. There are some GUI apps in Avalonia, e.g. this.
