Closest you can get is hacking around the discord rich presence module. And/or trying to add some discord reactive images ontop, a-la twitch streamer, though my knowledge on that is fuzzy.

discord.py vs discord.js vs discord.net
I'm personally using DSharpPlus which is another C# library like Discord.NET, so that may be worth looking into as well. Though I can't comment on whether their command module is any good, as I built my own thing for that.

Personally I prefer C# so I'm using DSharpPlus.

I plan to make a bot which can play music... in which language should I make it?
In my own opinion, I'm in love with c# so go with DsharpPlus, Which is a discord bot API for c#. Although I created a bot with node.js too. C# was easier!
