Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

NeverSink's Filter, FilterBlade, Ruthless - timeline and upcoming changes (as a visual representation)
I know Neversink has worked hard on making a custom filter meta-language which he writes his bases in but the tooling around it has disappeared ( /u/NeverSinkDev ?).

PoE's Filters aren't fancy, so I fixed that. I'm proud to announce PoeFilterX, my new Advanced PoE Filter Tool!
PS: My filters (and the filterblade filters) are internally generated from these "precursors": https://github.com/NeverSinkDev/Filter-Precursors (the source for the DML parsing and VSCode Highlight pluggin is on my github as well)

Currently end of Act 2 - no life flask drops so far
I'm not sure if this is a change in level based on strict vs. semi-strict, or if it's just a general change with the new filter structure. If this section of the filters is what is driving it though, I think it's a general change and not strictness-related: https://github.com/NeverSinkDev/Filter-Precursors/blob/e28eb506d477e1869babb728e2a952b92bbf05f1/ExoContent/Body.filter#L1551-L1557
- [LOOTFILTER] NeverSink's filter 8.0 update - PUBLIC BETA - feedback needed! - full rewrite

wraeblast: a new data-driven loot filter for juicers 🥤 (with global TTS and dynamic colors)
Just as a note: POE rules are internally "if/else if..." structures. The same applies to conditions within a rule. I might've missed the spot, but you might improve performance a tiny bit, by sorting the conditions within every filter rule. For reference, I use the following ordering: https://github.com/NeverSinkDev/FilterPolishZ/blob/master/FilterCore/FilterGenerationConfig.cs
What are some alternatives?
filter_spirit - Advanced item filter generator for Path of Exile that uses it's own DSL and online item price APIs
wraeblast - A library for interacting with Path of Exile game and economy data, and a unique loot filter generation framework.
IFilterShellView - Another windows shell extension that will help you filter and select with ease folder and file items in windows explorer
NeverSink-Filter - This is a lootfilter for the game "Path of Exile". It hides low value items, uses a markup-scheme and sounds to highlight expensive gear and is based on economy data mining.
skilltree-export - Exported data for Path of Exile's Passive Skill Tree.
poe-filter - Path of Exile Python scripts to download price data and generate a filter file with settings I desire.
