How do you code in a non-statically typed, imperative language after learning F#?
Perhaps that is why https://fable.io/Fable.Python/ exists.
- Does Microsoft use F# for any of its internal projects?

Coconut-Simple, elegant, Pythonic functional programming
Nice idea! An emerging alternative to this is Python support in Fable.

How do you code in a non-statically typed, imperative language after learning F#?
For example, if you perused my code and didn't know Elixir, you'd probably even guess that Elixir was a statically typed language the way I write it: https://github.com/bmitc/functional-web-development-with-elixir/tree/main/islands_engine/lib/islands_engine

Are the pargprog's books up to date ?
For Functional Web Development in Elixir, I worked through it and have completely updated code here: https://github.com/bmitc/functional-web-development-with-elixir

Anyone know why the F# course on edx is no longer available?
I took their introductory Elixir and OTP course when I first started in Elixir. It's decent enough. For books, I recommend Elixir in Action and then following that up with Functional Web Development with Elixir, OTP, and Phoenix. For the latter book, I have implementations of the book's project (updated to accommodate for changes in Elixir since the book was published) here: https://github.com/bmitc/functional-web-development-with-elixir
