Playing Steam/Proton games - No GPU utilization
So to start, I am running EndeavourOS (Arch) with the default GNOME DE that is bundled with it. After installing that, I installed SwayWM using the script from https://github.com/EndeavourOS-Community-Editions/sway. The packages-repository.txt file shows which packages this includes.

swayidle: how to not let it turn off the screen while watching videos?
You can create a button in waybar that activates / deactivates the idle. At least that's what I'm using. See here.

Doubts regarding sway sleep configurations
On manjaro-sway you have a button to temporary disable idle control. Without overcomplicating too much, I would go there. SwayAudioInhibit is also a great ally, to avoid idle while playing games/video/music.

Help Needed With Swayidle and Swaylock
I'm also using sway-audio-idle-inhibit to prevent idle and lock if there's audio playback. If you want config examples on that, let me know.
