Augmenting the Markdown Language for Great Python Graphical Interfaces
I gave up a long time ago attempting to write GUIs in pure python. I've come back to them periodically to see if the landscape has changed, but I'm always disappointed.
My current go-to python GUI solution is to use the Eel library. It renders GUIs in a web-browser like window with HTMl/CSS/JS.It lets you expose your python functions to JavaScript, so data can be easily transferred back and forth between the python and the JavaScript. And since it's just web-dev, it's pretty easy to make things look and feel good enough. Any other web-dev libraries like bootstrap and jquery can be used. It works pretty well for writing GUIs that put data analysis tools in front of my colleagues.

Could someone suggest a development environment and/or tools I could use? I'm looking for an environment similar to a browser. I plan on using Python to display the results of many calculations that would change, maybe every second or half second. With lots of variables involved. More details below.
If you don't want a web-app, you can still use JS for GUI, using something like python-eel https://github.com/python-eel/Eel

HELP! Python project requires a GUI.
Oh nice, it was abandoned for quite a while, at least for the duration i used it, which led me to move my app to flask.
- Does my project need Flask?

Pytonium - A framework for building python apps, with a GUI based on the web-technologies HTML, CSS and Javascript. Would be happy to hear some feedback on the code and the idea
Similar to https://github.com/python-eel/Eel but that one is semi-abandoned. I did one internal tool with eel and it's pretty handy for such tools. Yours could be the future/supported alternative ;)

For native GUI, DearPyGui[0] as modern as you can.
For browser web-based GUI, you can use nicegui[1]

Need help with text alignment
If it's just to align text in the centre or to the right of a box, you could use a button and, by using theming, hide the fact that it's a button. https://github.com/hoffstadt/DearPyGui/issues/1111

Which GUI module is better in Python? tkinter or PyQt or kivy?
Personally, i like PyQt or PySide they have basically everything you need to make a proper app or even simple apps, but there is another DearPyGui this is basically python version of imgui the c++ library, it provides some good customization options and can be used for simple or complex projects too, their discord is also very helpful.

What tools are available to begin building a GUI for python?
I was using PyQt5/PySide which will give you a nice native look but I eventually shifted over to DearPyGui for most of my smaller utilities. Its just faster for me. You will get more options and freedom with PyQt/PySide though and can use QT Designer to design your interfaces pretty easily.

Projects you've done
With regard to structuring the files, I watched a few videos on Model-View-Controller and similar approaches for inspiration. I tried to separate the model, view and controller logic for the GUI and audio functionality, although that may not be 100% possible. It is partly dependent on the libraries that you are using, so your approach may vary. You could check out some of the apps in the Dear PyGui showcase gallery to learn how they structured their files. https://github.com/hoffstadt/DearPyGui/wiki/Dear-PyGui-Showcase

It all depends on your requirements, e.g. license, documentation, appearance, performance, etc. You could also check out other GUI frameworks, such as Dear PyGui.
