How can I use NSUserDefaults?
I strongly recommend you to use š¾ Defaults package. It has made my life a breeze. Itās literally a global state for user defaults with simple syntax and out of the box āreactivenessā, so if you change this here, itāll change there as well :)

Can I transfer data from a SQLite3 (*.db) file to Core Data?
In a project Iāve adopted, this package is used alongside CoreData to access SQLite features which arenāt possible in CoreData. I would recommend it, itās pretty old but has SPM support. But itās written in Obj-C, maybe this is off-putting for you, so you may find something similar but written in swift.
