Cxbx-Reloaded VS extract-xiso

Sorry, but I have no idea, haven't tried it myself yet. But a quick search suggests Cxbx. That's what I'd try first. An unfinished version of Warcraft: Lord of the Clans is on there too btw, no emu needed afaik.

You seems to have an old version of CXBX-Reloaded. Please update it on the emulator's website (https://cxbx-reloaded.co.uk)

You can use an emulator to play it on your PC (eg. CXBX)! I did so like one year ago and it worked great, I finished the game without any problems!

xemu and CXBX-Reloaded I believe are the best options at this time.

Using the tool: extract-xiso

Download Extract-Xiso , the download option will be on the right side of the screen under “stable release” and extract it somewhere (same folder as your Xbox roms is recommended).

You can download it from the megathread and use extract-xiso to convertit (extract-xiso -r game.iso).

"Mod only" requires you to hexedit your games. This page has a list of hex codes to search for and then the string that you'll replace them with. To perform this, you'll need to extract the iso into a game folder, and then you'll edit the default.xbe file in the root folder. I used extract-xiso and extract-xiso-gui to do this. Drag and drop your iso onto the extract-xiso exe. One you've done your hexedits (I recommend HxD), then you can use the gui to click "create iso" and then select a folder. You can actually do all of this with just extract-xiso, but I was lazy and didn't feel like punching in dos commands to rebuild all my isos.
