Not built in, but Clipy is a good lightweight third-party app (it's a fork/continuation of the now-defunct ClipMenu).

You can keep more than one item in your macOS clipboard to speed up tasks and increase productivity but unfortunately there is no inbuilt facility available in macOS. There are third-party tools available like CopyClip and Clipy to enable Clipboard history.

I recommend that people migrate their user folder and reinstall apps as /u/Electrical_West_5381 recommended. Using a package manager like brew.sh can make reinstalling apps much easier.
