Should I allow "Apple Inc." in security and privacy?
Nope. I had just installled a Mullvad vpn update and followed instructions on this GitHub page to change the menu bar color, but that’s the extent of any possible installations.

I know there was an app ChangeMenuBarColor for Big Sur, but it doesn't work in Monterey and has no immediate plans to update it.

I made an app to hide the Notch on the new MacBook Pro, called Forehead. It also allows you to round the screen corners if that’s your thing.

Anyone else experiencing bugs after installing Ventura 13.3.1?
Try using this if it's having trouble downloading from System Preferences. It'll download a .pkg which extracts the Install macOS Ventura installer to your /Applications folder.

Downgrade / Rollback to Earlier version of Monterey
I generally use Download Full Installer.app and make a USB install kinda like /u/Heteronymous said (you may need both KB docs).

Download Full Installer.app shows both releases. They’re visible on a new M2 and an older Intel MacBook, which is really a front end for “softwareupdate —fetch-full-installer” or —list-full-installers something like that, I forget exactly.

Still possible to deploy specific versions of MacOS?
