GOPROXY alternative for non go modules
There are packages such as https://github.com/BurntSushi/toml which is not a go module, how should I serve it in an airlocked network? For go modules I'm using athens is there something similar to it for non go modules?

Take a look at this https://github.com/krzysztofzablocki/Inject, might help you if you are doing mostly UI stuff. Have been using it in a personal project and saves me about an hour per day. I have only used it for UIKit though
