Haven't had them either, but granted: I install my Windows installations offline with local accounts and run https://www.oo-software.com/en/shutup10 or Windows 11 or in case of Windows 10 https://github.com/Sycnex/Windows10Debloater (which I pre-download on a USB stick).

Removal of Windows 11 default pinned apps
I have used https://github.com/Sycnex/Windows10Debloater with great success using their sysprep script. Got rid of bunch of appx that no one asked for but also the shortcuts etc. Of course use at own risk etc but i can give it a thumbs up.
