Depending on what you're attempting to do, there might be possibilities in using the logical theme system or maybe the visual theme system but it would probably take some real hackery.

I use BookStack in my organisation. It meets your requirements (a), (b) and partially (c). It supports LDAP but no Nextcloud integration.

After that, get an instance of bookstack going, set it up to authenticate against your domain, set it up right the FIRST time. And then start documenting everything as you go. Set up a GOOD structure for your documentation FIRST, do NOT do this after the fact, as you are likely to kick it like a can down the road constantly.

You can save a lot of money by using MediaWiki. Just hire a developer to set that up and customize it however you see fit.

I went looking and you can find the code for mediawiki's parser here. It's difficult to understand though. Here I found some code that extracts HTML elements if they are from a list of given tags. There's also a sanitizer that sanitizes HTML (removes HTML elements except those allowed).

One mostly unviable way would be the donation. Lots of project enable way to donate fund. Linux Foundation, Mozilla, and many others. It looks like it's not usually a sufficient source. One actor who rely (almost) only on donation is Wikipedia/mediawiki, through the Wikimedia Foundation. Donation may be enough for specific (and possibly big) projects.

Any advice on finding my first sql job? :)
1 project | reddit.com/r/mysql | 6 Apr 2021
For example, I will give you an example that I am aware, but it would apply equaly to other cases: Wikipedia uses MySQL as its main storage method. I would advise you, as a beginner, to stay away from the complex core code. However, there are many side projects that would benefit from sql help. Wikipedia also provides a real-time copy of its database, so it may help you getting access to it to mess with it and learn a practical example. You could install it locally and play with it or use some of the provided resources. We have on the cloud list people frequently asking for help to optimize their queries for the humdreds of volunteer-maintained tools using the database.
