Great list! I especially second the rec for Black Hearts (for non-EET games, it also has a little ToB follow-up, installed via a separate download). It's an absolute delight, and really builds the character of Illasera, who is otherwise completely forgettable in the vanilla game.

Romantic Encounters for BG1 - with a caveat here. I don't install any of the sexy stuff (no judgment, just not my thing), but there are a few quests in it that I really like - two of them about delivering letters, and one about finding old love letters.

Romantic Encounters for BG1: wait wait hear me out! There are quests that don’t involve fucking anyone. One of them has you delivering some mail, and one involves tracking down some errant love letters to possibly reunite a long-separated couple.
