Hi and welcome to the game! Yes, it is still active. When it comes to space station 13, you first need to find a server you like and then read the wiki for it. While other people may recommend other servers, I would recommend: TG Station 13 (https://tgstation13.org/), BeeStation (https://beestation13.com/) and GoonStation (https://goonhub.com/).

I really miss community ran servers on online multiplayer games. I think it would solve a lot of problems that modern games have.

You could try Tegu Station. It's a /tg/ fork, but still quite different from it, so I am not sure if you'd like it or not. Fulp Station is a direct /tg/ fork, for instance, so it will be quite the same as /tg/, although you'd probably have a difficult time dealing with the admins here but you can give it a try. Bee Station is a "/tg/ fork" in a way, but really different from it, you might as well try checking it out.

We'll Be Right Back
Basically, a bunch of old Fulp players(and admins) that left FulpStation and formed their own server. I won't explain all the reasons as to how it happened and why, mainly because it's a long story and that I explained it a lot of times already, but you'd be welcome there and can see everything yourself. The angels are coming
It's based on White Night from Lobotomy Corporation, yeah. It's currently test-merged on TeguStation, you can check it out on Github or wait for when admins decide to fuck up your life by spawning it in. Link to PR
