It's not a refined/manual TAS, which is probably why. It uses this program to play the game for you https://github.com/TomDotBat/AutoToot/, which makes sense why it would make a mistake on a pattern and then do it perfectly later (something it does multiple times).

It looks like Microsoft published the code on GitHub, so you might be able to deploy it via Azure. (I haven't tried it.)
