Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Need help regarding understanding and setting up USB.
If you want to implement USB devices that are more complicated than just a single interface (i.e. a composite device) I would not bother using the USB Middleware provided by ST. A very good (and portable!) USB library for STM32 µC's i have grown to love is libusb_stm32.
What are some alternatives?
purescript-native - A native compiler backend for PureScript (via C++ or Golang)
I-CUBE-USBD-Composite - Create STM32 USB Composite devices with ease.
porcelain - Work with external processes like a boss
libopencm3 - Open source ARM Cortex-M microcontroller library
awesome-embedded-rust - Curated list of resources for Embedded and Low-level development in the Rust programming language
stm32-bootloader - Customizable Bootloader for STM32 microcontrollers. This example demonstrates how to perform in-application-programming of a firmware located on an external SD card with FAT32 file system.
onetime - An onetime key-value store for Elixir
NanoVNA - Very Tiny Palmtop Vector Network Analyzer
erlang_term - Erlang Term Info
mongoose-os - Mongoose OS - an IoT Firmware Development Framework. Supported microcontrollers: ESP32, ESP8266, CC3220, CC3200, STM32F4, STM32L4, STM32F7. Amazon AWS IoT, Microsoft Azure, Google IoT Core integrated. Code in C or JavaScript.
funnel - Streaming Elixir API built upon ElasticSearch's percolation.
TFT_eSPI - Arduino and PlatformIO IDE compatible TFT library optimised for the Raspberry Pi Pico (RP2040), STM32, ESP8266 and ESP32 that supports different driver chips
