It's been almost 9 months since Ventura was released. What's your thoughts about "Stage Manager"?
I'm using amethyst as my Window manager, and I'm feeling fine
-
Window manager that behaves like on WindowsOS?
And for the second part, we have Wins to manually drag and set the window position, and Amethyst to set it automatically.

[Serious] I don't get why people like Mac and I feel like I'm missing out
If you find the native window management lackluster (like I do), you can install a window manager like Amethyst, or yabai, veeer, or many others.

i3 Linux -> macOS
I also used Amethyst, but I think yabai is much better
-
Witch – macOS window switcher replacement
Amethyst is my tiling manager of choice for macOS: https://ianyh.com/amethyst/
It was a little buggy when Ventura dropped, but it gets frequent updates and has stabilized in the past few months.

How to tile (auto-fit) all open windows on the screen? Example: If you have 8 windows open, you want to auto-fit all 8 windows on the same screen. What about 3rd party apps?
This can be done through third party programs such as amethyst. It's not a native feature unless I am mistakened.

Are We Sixel Yet
> tmux helps all 3, but not particular good at either.
iTerm2 on macOS has some nice tmux integration[1]. Basically, you run a tmux session (using tmux -CC), but the actual window management on the client side is handled by iTerm2. This works pretty nicely with the tiling WM (Amethyst[2]) I use on macOS.
If anybody is aware of Wayland compositors that integrate similarly, please let me know. I'd love to be able to do the same on my linux machines.

Apple now allows retro game emulators on its App Store
Tangentially related: if anybody is looking for a good way to organize a library of retro emulators and games on their MacOS laptops/desktop computers then I recommend OpenEmu. It is designed from the ground up to look and feel like a Mac app.

Mac/OS OpenEmu - Any way to automatically map PS5 controller for all systems?
Just follow the link i posted. Btw you can build OpenEmu in a couple of minutes yourself. Some controllers (PS5 for example) are natively supported, more shader options, and other small stuff..

Analog Stick AND D-Pad at the Same Time?
As far as I know, devs have no plans to allow multiple bindings to the same inputs. It is apparently too complicated for them to implement. See: https://github.com/OpenEmu/OpenEmu/issues/4600

How do I play TurboGrafx 16 in 2023?
The Pocket is a great device, highly recommended, get the Dock if you want to buy one. While waiting, I recommend using https://openemu.org/ on your Mac to run "roms", which are files that represent old games. To get the ROMs, google for "tubrografx roms archive.org". Then for a controller on a Mac, you can use a PS4/PS5 or Xbox (One/Series), if you have one lying around. That said, I recommend buying an SN30 Pro.

Lucky Luke Western Fever
Yeah should be pretty easy if you have the ISO or a disc copy, OpenEmu should do it without issue - https://openemu.org

Emulators
Otherwise you can try OpenEmu: it's a very Mac friendly emulator of a lot of old systems that works by dragging/dropping the roms in it. The "Experimental" (direct link) build includes support of Mame, which means support of Neo Geo roms.
