I'm going to start with Ruad R'hofessa, which you can get at this github, is a smith/crafter who you can visit to upgrade various items in the game. He will appear north of where you escaped Irenicus' dungeon or be sent to your pocket plane in ToB. The list is vast. Let's get started.
