Windows 11 dark mode is not no dark. How did they forget to implement dark mode in basic dialog/popup windows?

This is the patch I've been using. It's worked well enough so far, all things considered. There's also this which may be better, though I've never tried it.

- If someone on DeviantArt can make a dark theme that works perfectly with the majority of applications that were never coded to support it, I feel like Microsoft has no excuse for their poor implementation

Guide to Macdows11 (..or whatever you would call it)
For the Mac style buttons (...and many more) 1. Download BIB3 (darkmode) or LIT3 (lightmode) and ThemeTool.exe (github.com) 2. Now, install ThemeTool by first launching it as admin and clicking on yes (to License) and then clicking on install (any 3rd party AV may be required to turned off) 3.
