This is the patch I've been using. It's worked well enough so far, all things considered. There's also this which may be better, though I've never tried it.

For the Mac style buttons (...and many more) 1. Download BIB3 (darkmode) or LIT3 (lightmode) and ThemeTool.exe (github.com) 2. Now, install ThemeTool by first launching it as admin and clicking on yes (to License) and then clicking on install (any 3rd party AV may be required to turned off) 3.
