App to add location to photos manually?
[DEV] On old android devices (before android-10) you can use A Photo Manager @ F-Droid.org where you can manually change location info in photos.

Looking for an offline map app with kmz import support
I use this lib for my android app A Photo Manager which can display photos in an offline map but that has problems with sd-cards and that does not work on android-10 any more.

[dev][new app] "Show Articles in Map" - Show articles from Wikipedia near a given location in an interactive map.
It hooks into the android system, asks wikipedia and shows the results in Location Map Viewer (or any other installed app that understands the format 'kmz').

I have also created also LocationMapViewer that uses the same lib to show kml and gpx files in a map but that does not support offline-map is not developed any more.
